The Radiant Method: how I help women shift from survival to abundance
For years, I’ve worked with women who, from the outside, seem to be doing just fine.
They have careers, relationships, families, projects, responsibilities. They know how to problem-solve, stay organized, and keep moving forward even when they’re exhausted.
But there’s a huge difference between being able to hold your life together and actually feeling present in it.
I know that difference, too. That’s why my work has never been just about teaching a Kundalini Yoga class or guiding a meditation. After years in the wellness space, studying and working with Kundalini Yoga, meditation, sound healing, and Mayan ancestral practices, I’ve come to understand that one tool alone rarely holds the entire answer.
My work has become about learning how to bring these practices together with intention. I Had to Live the Practices I Now Share
There’s something that feels essential to the way I hold space: I don’t want to teach from theory alone.
The practices I share are practices that have also been part of my own journey.
I know what it feels like to turn to breath and meditation when my mind needs to slow down. I’ve experienced how sound can shift the way we experience stillness. And I’ve explored Kundalini Yoga not simply as physical movement, but as a practice of attention, breath, and awareness.
My connection to Mayan ancestral practices and to my own roots, has taught me something important, too: wisdom doesn’t have to be reinvented to remain relevant.
There are practices that remind us of our relationship with the body, community, natural cycles, and the earth in ways that modern life often makes us forget. All of this began to reshape the way I understood abundance, too.
To Me, Abundance Doesn’t Simply Mean “Having More” The word abundance gets used a lot in the wellness world. Sometimes, too much.
“To me, living from abundance isn’t about repeating affirmations and waiting for the life you want to appear. It’s about becoming aware of the place you’re making your decisions from.”
When we spend too long in survival mode, our lives begin to revolve around reacting: handling whatever feels urgent, anticipating problems, taking care of everyone else, worrying about what might go wrong, and continuing to push forward even when our bodies are asking for something different.
You can be incredibly productive from that place.
But that doesn’t mean you’re actually okay.
That’s why so much of my work begins with helping women learn how to listen to themselves again.
Through movement, breath, meditation, and sound, we can create moments where we stop automatically reacting and begin to notice what’s actually happening within us.
This Is What We Bring Into Sacred Radiance
Sacred Radiance was born from this exact philosophy. I wanted to create a space where a woman could experience these practices without immediately having to rush back to her next meeting, message, or responsibility.
Over five days in Tulum, we work with Kundalini Yoga, meditation, sound healing, and Mayan ancestral practices within a much broader experience of rest, nature, nourishment, reflection, and community among women.
It isn’t about filling five days with as many wellness activities as possible. It’s about having enough time to practice, feel, observe, and then integrate.
I Don’t Want You to Come Home as a Different Person
This may be one of the most important ideas behind my work. I’m not trying to turn you into a completely different version of yourself. And I don’t want you to leave one of my spaces believing that you need to be constantly “working on yourself.”
I want you to know yourself well enough to recognize when you’re acting from fear, when you need rest, when you need to set a boundary, and when there’s an opportunity in front of you that you genuinely want to allow yourself to receive.
To me, that’s what beginning to move out of survival mode looks like. And it’s also a much more grounded way of understanding abundance.
Not as having everything. But as creating enough inner space to be present in the life you have while giving yourself permission to create the life you want.
This is the work I continue to explore in my own life, and the work I now have the privilege of sharing with other women and it’s at the heart of everything we’re creating within Sacred Radiance 2026.

If you feel like you’ve spent too much time holding everything together, solving problems, and simply surviving, maybe your next step isn’t to do more. Maybe it’s to create enough space to discover what you’re ready to do differently.
