Wild Radiant Bone Broth Recipe for Glowing Skin
I told you all that I would be bringing all different types of topics to this blog, and today, we’re diving into something deeply nourishing. This is my Wild Radiant Bone Broth—I call it wild because I don’t measure anything; I let my intuition guide me as I cook!
This broth is rich in collagen, minerals, and deep nourishment—perfect for sipping on a slow morning or as a base for soups that feel like a warm hug.
The Recipe
Ingredients:
Bones of a whole ORGANIC chicken – I always make sure to use organic because you do not want to extract nutrients from a chicken that was raised on antibiotics and low-quality feed. Remember, we are making HIGH VIBE food here. You absorb the energy of what you eat!
Veggies – Use a mix of whatever you’d like, but my go-to’s are:
Carrots
Onion
Ginger (adds a beautiful anti-inflammatory kick)
Leek (underrated but so good for gut health)
Spices – This is where the magic happens. I love changing it up, but my go-to’s are:
Ginger
Turmeric (hello, anti-inflammatory queen!)
Salt
Black pepper (helps with turmeric absorption)
Bay leaf
Sometimes, I’ll get fancy with a Moroccan-inspired blend—think cinnamon, cumin, and coriander.
Apple Cider Vinegar (2-3 tablespoons) – This is what pulls out the collagen goodness from the bones. It’s a must!
Filtered or Spring Water – Hydration matters! I personally use reverse osmosis water because we don’t need any extra weirdness in our high-vibe food.
Make it stand out
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Cooking Process:
Add everything into a big pot and fill it with water about 2/3 of the way up.
Bring it to a gentle boil, then lower to a slow simmer. Keep it slightly covered and let it work its magic for about 5 hours. (If you have a slow cooker, you can let it go even longer—overnight is amazing.)
Throughout the process, check on it and add more water if needed to keep the broth from evaporating too much.
Once it’s been simmering long enough, turn off the heat and let it cool down.
Strain the broth and pour it into a big mason jar (or multiple smaller jars). Let it chill in the fridge.
The Best Part – The Morning Test
When I wake up, the first thing I check is how gelatinous the broth is. If it jiggles like Jell-O? That means it’s packed with collagen, and that’s what we want. (It’s seriously so satisfying—tell me you get excited about this too?! 😂)
Why This is a Radiance Booster
Incorporating nutrient-dense, high-vibe foods like this into your routine is a game-changer. This isn’t just about sipping something warm—it’s about deeply nourishing your skin, gut, and overall energy. When you take care of your body like this, you start glowing from the inside out.
Let me know if you try it! And if you experiment with different spices or veggie combos, drop them in the comments—I’m always down to be inspired.
