What Women Say After Sacred Radiance (In Their Own Words)
November 11 - 15, 2026 | Tulum, Mexico
You’re not broken. You just forgot who you are.
What if you could press “pause” on the world’s noise and say yes to your soul?
Welcome to the Sacred Radiance Retreat, an immersive experience in the heart of the Mayan jungle, where you disconnect from stress and reconnect with your most radiant, free, and authentic self.
This isn’t just a retreat. It’s a rebirth.
We live on autopilot, carrying emotions that aren’t ours, chasing a life that doesn’t feel like our own. But somewhere deep inside, something whispers:
“What if there’s another way?”
There is. And it starts here.
One of the questions I get asked most often is,
“What actually changes after a retreat?”
It’s a fair question.
When you see beautiful photos of women practicing yoga by the ocean or sharing meals together, it’s easy to assume that’s what the experience is about.
But the truth is, the moments people remember most aren’t always the ones captured on camera.
They’re the conversations they finally had with themselves. The fears they let go of. The friendships they never expected to make. The version of themselves they rediscovered.
Rather than telling you what Sacred Radiance is, I thought I’d let the women who experienced it share their own words.
Because I don’t think I could say it any better.
“If I could describe this trip in three words, they would be enlightening, connection, and pure.”
When I first heard those words, I loved. Not because they were exactly what I hoped someone would say, but because they reflected something I believe deeply.
Transformation rarely happens because someone gives us the answers.
It happens because we create enough space to hear our own.
In our everyday lives, we’re constantly responding to emails, responsibilities, expectations, and deadlines.
At Sacred Radiance, that noise begins to soften. And underneath it, clarity often appears.
“The biggest thing I’m taking home is self-belief.”
This is one of my favorite reflections because confidence isn’t something we can hand to someone. No ceremony, practice, or teacher can give you lasting self-belief. What we can do is create an environment where you begin remembering what has always been true.
Sometimes, all it takes is spending a few days surrounded by women who genuinely celebrate you instead of competing with you.
“What brought me here was slowing down and reconnecting to my radiant self.”
I think so many women feel this without always knowing how to express it.
We’re constantly doing.
Working.
Planning.
Taking care of everyone else.
Responding.
Producing.
Eventually, we become so busy managing life that we stop experiencing it.
Sacred Radiance isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself inside your life.
“After the Temazcal ceremony, I felt so rejuvenated, connected, and at peace within myself.”
Some experiences are difficult to explain until you’ve lived them.
The Temazcal is one of those experiences.
It’s not simply about tradition or ritual, It’s about surrender.
About allowing yourself to release what you’ve been carrying. About remembering that healing isn’t always about fixing yourself.
“I feel so held by the women, by Debbie, and by the whole team.”
This might be the sentence that touches me the most.
Because creating beautiful experiences isn’t actually my goal.
Creating safe spaces is a place where you don’t have to perform, where you don’t need to have everything figured out.
Where vulnerability isn’t seen as weakness, but as courage. I believe that’s one of the reasons women leave with friendships that continue long after the retreat ends.
When people feel safe enough to be fully themselves, real connection naturally follows.
More Than a Beautiful Trip
People sometimes assume Sacred Radiance is simply a wellness getaway.
In reality, it’s something much deeper.
Yes, we’ll practice Kundalini Yoga, we’ll experience sound healing, meditation, Mayan ceremonies, nourishing meals, and time surrounded by the beauty of Tulum.
But those experiences are simply the container.
The real transformation happens in the quiet moments between them. The conversations over breakfast. The tears that finally come after months of holding them in. The laughter that reminds you how good it feels to be fully present. The realization that perhaps the version of yourself you’ve been searching for hasn’t disappeared.
She’s simply been waiting for you to slow down enough to hear her again.
What if the thing you’ve been searching for isn’t another productivity hack, another book, or another goal to achieve?
What if what you truly need is space? to breathe, to reflect, to reconnect with yourself.
That’s exactly why Sacred Radiance exists. Not to change who you are.
But to help you remember the woman you’ve always been.
We would be honored to welcome you to Sacred Radiance this November in Tulum. Sometimes, the most meaningful transformations don’t begin with having all the answers, they begin with saying yes to yourself.
