My Morning Parasite Cleanse Ritual with Papaya Seeds
This week, I’ve been starting each morning with something a little wild, super potent, and deeply healing: a fresh papaya seed shot.
Inspired by traditional remedies and my desire to feel clear, light, and aligned, this tiny but mighty ritual has become the cornerstone of my parasite cleanse.
Here’s how I make it:
1 tablespoon of raw papaya seeds
Juice from ½ lime or lemon
A dash of organic coconut water
A dash of maple syrup
Optional: a tiny pinch of cayenne for the brave ones
I blend it all together and drink it first thing on an empty stomach. The taste is intense (you’ve been warned 😅), but the results? Worth it. Papaya seeds are rich in enzymes like papain, known to help flush out unwanted guests from the digestive tract. They also support liver detox and gut health—two things I’m always here for.
Why am I doing this? Because healing is seasonal. And this season, I’m choosing clarity, gut reset, and grounding.
Whether you try this shot for a few days or simply feel inspired to explore deeper wellness rituals, I hope you remember: your body is wise. Trust it.
PRO TIP: Take a binder every night, you need to flush out the toxins!
More on how I’m supporting the cleanse with food and lifestyle shifts coming soon. If you’re curious, comment below if you want the full 5-day protocol and updates on my healing journey.
With love and detox magic,
