Kundalini to Heal the Heart: A Guided Practice

Sat Nam, community,

This sequence is designed to open the heart with respect, gentleness, and presence. It’s not about forcing anything, it's about creating a safe space within you where what’s been hidden can come into the light, be integrated, and set free.

Kundalini for heart healing is more than a technique. It’s an invitation to remember that everything you need to heal already exists within you. You just need to give yourself permission to open — gently, compassionately, and with the deep knowing that, step by step, you can learn to love fully again.

1. Centering with Conscious Breath

Easy Pose (Sukhasana)

Close your eyes. Bring your hands to the center of your chest in Prayer Mudra. Inhale through your nose, exhale softly through your mouth. Feel the rhythm of your breath.

Do this for 3 minutes, allowing yourself to land fully in your body.

2. Heart Breath

Take a deep inhale and hold the breath while visualizing the light you connect with most filling your chest. Then slowly exhale through your nose.

Repeat for 3–5 minutes, holding your intention.

BONUS: The Evo Collective

Your transformation won’t end in Tulum. You’ll receive access to a 4-week preparation portal before the retreat + 4 weeks of guided integration afterward helping you embody everything you experienced back in your everyday life.

3. Kriya: Opening the Heart Center

This series can last between 11 and 22 minutes:

  • Modified Camel Pose (Ustrasana): Lift your heart to the sky, keep your pelvis grounded, and breathe long and deep. 1–2 minutes.

  • Seated Spinal Twist: Sit cross legged and gently twist side to side with each exhale. Helps release tension from the heart and liver. 2–3 minutes.

  • Arms in a cross position with Breath of Fire: Extend arms out to the sides like a cross, palms facing forward. Breathe powerfully through your nose (Breath of Fire). 1–2 minutes.

  • Gentle tapping on the chest: Use your fingertips to gently tap your sternum, allowing stuck emotions to release. 2 minutes.

4. Meditation to Release Past Pain

Sit with a straight spine. Place your hands in Gyan Mudra on your knees. Chant the mantra:

Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung

(used to call in healing energy)

This is a universal healing mantra. Repeat for 11 minutes, allowing the vibration to move deep within. If you feel the need to cry, let it happen, it’s part of the healing.

Honoring your nervous system is an act of deep love.

Choosing your peace even if it makes others uncomfortable is part of the healing journey.

And you don’t have to walk that path alone.
